I had a pleasant stay at Surfers Aquarius On The Beach overall. the stunning views and great location were definitely highlights. However, I did encounter some issues with cleanliness and the condition of the apartment, particularly in the units assigned to us. It was a mixed experience, with some aspects needing improvement, but the amenities and friendly service made it enjoyable.

The apartment had beautiful ocean views, but I experienced issues with the service that left me disappointed. However, I faced some challenges with the cleanliness of the apartment and the service; upon arrival, the main toilet wasn't flushed, and I found dirty dishes in the cupboards. The indoor heated spas and outdoor areas were lovely, but the overall condition of the room left much to be desired.
